UPDATED RETURNS POLICY: COVID-19
(Effective Immediately - 2nd May 2020)
Due to current worldwide events and circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we will not be accepting returns for health and safety reasons.
Our customers health is at the forefront of our minds during this time, that is why we will be taking extra precautions to ensure our hygiene standards meet the requirements as outlined by the Local Government.
We are taking increased safety measures to ensure both our customers and our team are in good hands during these challenging times.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may bring and hope to lift these changes as soon as possible.
Sale items are considered Final Sale, therefore cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, store credit or gift card. (Unless Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is received. Returns are not available for change of mind, so please choose carefully.)

BYS COFFEE RETURNS:
Not a fan? That’s okay, you can return the Coffee up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
The product you return, must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging - If you have tried one sachet, that's okay, send the box back with remaining sachets and we will still refund you. Minimum sachets remaining in the box must be 25 or over to receive a full refund(excluding postage paid)
Only once the return has been received by Beforeyouspeak Coffee can a refund be processed.
BYS CREAMER RETURNS:
Returns are available subject to the following conditions:
- Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is received. Returns are not available for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
- Once parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement.
The following conditions will not be eligible for any refunds or returns:
- The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products
- The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order
Please note: Beforeyouspeak Coffee is not responsible for the freight costs of return and original shipping costs paid when item was purchased will not be refunded.
If refund / replacement is agreed upon, this will only be issued once the original items have and received by Beforeyouspeak Coffee at the address below:

ORDERS RETURNED/UNCLAIMED TO SENDER
If your order has been returned to us due to entering an incorrect address or remained unclaimed from the post office, shipping will be be paid again by the customer in order to have the order resent from BYS.
