What you need:
3 tbsp gelatin
3/4 cup water
1 cup tin coconut milk
1 sachet Collagen Coffee Mocha
2 scoops Rich Chocolate Complex
1 tbsp maple syrup

How to:
1. Combine gelatin and water and let bloom for five minutes.
2. In a saucepan combine coconut milk, coffee, chocolate complex and maple syrup. Stir on a low heat.
3. Add gelatin and mix until dissolved.
4. Transfer to moulds of choice and place in fridge for 1 hour or until set.
